Application Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

MUSTHAVEIT LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the mobile applications that link to this Privacy Policy. This policy explains how information is handled when you use those applications.

Some applications contain advertising, while others do not. Advertising-related processing applies only to applications that integrate advertising services.

1. Information You Provide

Our applications do not require user registration or an account. If you email us, we receive your email address and information you include. We use this to respond and provide support. Please do not send sensitive information or payment card details.

2. Information Stored on Your Device

Applications may store preferences, saved items and settings locally to provide their features. You can usually remove local data through device settings or by uninstalling the application. Device backup services may retain copies according to your backup settings.

3. Advertising

Some applications use third-party advertising. Depending on the integrations in an application, these may include Google AdMob, AppLovin MAX, Meta Audience Network and their partners.

Where integrated, advertising services may process advertising and other device or app identifiers; IP addresses and approximate location inferred from them; device model, operating system, language and app version; app interactions, ad impressions, clicks and diagnostic information.

Providers use this information to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, prevent fraud and maintain their services. Personalized advertising may involve additional processing, subject to your choices and applicable consent requirements. An application without advertising does not process information for advertising through an advertising integration.

Only providers actually integrated into the application apply. Mediation services may work with additional partners identified in their privacy information or the application’s consent interface.

4. How Information Is Used and Shared

Information is used to operate features, respond to support requests, deliver advertising where applicable, protect services against abuse and comply with legal obligations. Service providers may process information for these purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. Advertising providers may share information with partners under their own policies.

We do not sell information received through support correspondence. Advertising processing may qualify as “sale,” “sharing” or targeted advertising under some privacy laws; choices depend on the services used and your location.

5. Your Privacy Choices

Manage permissions and advertising privacy settings through your device settings. Where available, manage consent through the application’s privacy options. Restricting personalized advertising does not necessarily remove ads or prevent processing needed for contextual ads, measurement or fraud prevention.

6. Retention and Deletion

Local data remains on your device until removed through application or device controls. We retain support correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain relevant records and meet legal obligations. Third-party providers retain information under their own policies. Uninstalling an application does not automatically delete information already held by those providers.

To request deletion of information we hold about you, contact doxinadia@gmail.com.

7. Security and International Processing

We use reasonable measures to protect information under our control. No electronic system is completely secure. Providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate safeguards must apply to international transfers.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing, request portability or withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise your rights. We may need information to verify your request. You may complain to your local data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

9. External Links

Applications may link to third-party websites or services. Their information practices are governed by their own policies.

10. Children’s Privacy

We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information through support correspondence. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action. Any application directed to children requires privacy disclosures and service configurations appropriate to its audience.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our applications or practices change. Updates appear on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
